We already know that Punxatawney Phil didn't see his shadow and predicted a short winter. So I just had to do a second post to show you these adorable Groundhog Day cupcake toppers by Meredith of Lily Jane. The cocoa powder shadow is the perfect touch to really up the cute factor.
