DIY Ice Cream Cone Mobile

Isn't this one of the coolest things? I don't know if mobile is right, or is this more a garland sort of thing? Maybe we should just say, "It's raining ice cream!" Either way, this tutorial from Icing Designs is perfect for a summer ice cream social.
