Green Garden Dessert Buffet

When designing this table for a couple's Conservatory wedding, images of butterflies and greenery came to mind. Structured gardens teeming with little critters inspired this table. I combed the Twin Cities and beyond to find the right touches for this table.

Hand-decorated chocolates make a pretty garden, while chocolate peonies and flower-shaped pizelles and cupcakes continue the garden theme.

No garden is complete without colorful critters. Hand-painted ladybugs and bumble bees are grouped in various locations on the table, while tree stumps pose as cake stands.

Butterfly cookies float in topiaries and are also presented in a glass habitat complete with greenery and a beaded berry nest.
