You know I love a good bonfire (find proof here, here, and here). But more than that, I love roasted marshmallows. I whipped up these DIY S'mores Truffles for Momtastic, and they're pretty fab. All the roasted goodness in a lunchbox-able size.
Swing by Momtastic to get the how-to for this delicious tutorial. Mmmm! So, good.

Sweet Idea: Valentine's S'mores Pops
Kiddo's class is having a Valentine's party next month, so I'm already scouring the web for cute ideas. Although we can't bring in homemade food (total bummer), these little Valentine's S'mores pops would be a big hit with her friends in the neighborhood. Plus, they'd make a fun project for us to make together. I love when work and play come together.
Have you guys started brainstorming any Valentine's projects, yet?

S'mores and a Little More
Chocolate and fruit are a classic combo (chocolate covered strawberries, anyone?), but they don't often meet up on a S'more. This BHG recipe is a fab way to get a little snooty with your fireside treats this Memorial Day weekend.
Plus, with fruit in the equation, you can always claim that it's healthy. Right? Right!

Dessert Table: Gimme S'more, Please!
As you can see here and here, I like including gourmet marshmallows on dessert tables. If you've been a follower for a little while now, then you probably also remember this and this S'mores post. Today's post via Cookie Creative combines both dessert tables and s'mores to create a veritable smorgasbord of gourmet marshmallows, chocolates, grahams, and other toppings.
More S'mores!
Last year, I found these awesome S'mores favors. With Fall in full effect, it's time to revisit these bonfire favorites. If you don't have a fire pit or lakeside property that allows bonfires, these unique presenations are a great way to share this seasonal treat with friends and family.
Have a great weekend! If you live in Minnesota, this weekend's warm up is the perfect time to seize a S'mores roasting opportunity.
boxed smores (oh happy day), bagged smores (once wed), jarred smores (brides.com), compoted smores (project wedding)

Smore-riffic!
Twig & Thistle posted these simple acetate boxes filled with Smores ingredients and adorned with twine. They are fabulously easy, great favors for your Thanksgiving or wedding guests to take home. They can be made all the better by adding gourmet marshmallows that will really wow 'em. These pineapple coconut lovelies would add a sophisticated, chic twist to a childhood classic, while Jack Daniels flavored ones would make perfect favors for the groomsmen.
