Dessert Table: Ele-fun-t II!

Elephants seem to be very popular for kid parties lately. Many of you loved this elephant-centric table from last month, and I'm sure you'll love the one Style Me Gorgeous featured recently for a little boy's naming celebration.

Champagne & Cake

Bubbles and Buttercream, an event hosted by One Girl Cookies, featured a variety of Spring green cakes by Francina. The event centered around the cakes and champagne, hence the name. Check out the beautiful pics by Kathi Littwin.
Using a unifying color and a simple color palette allows you lots of freedom and variation in the design of each cake without creating a chaotic look.

Dessert Table: Elegant Bakeshop

This elaborate arrangement featured on Style Me Pretty has two dessert display cases similar to those you find in an upscale bakery. Dangling jewels, luscious fruits, and golden trays add to the elegant feel of the table.

I love that the couple also offered a traditional cake along with the unexpected bakery setup. Is anyone else considering serving cake along with an untraditional option?

Vintage Cupcakes

These beautiful shots by Ashley Maxwell were taken at Day After session. The cupcakes at the shoot fit the couple's vintage attire and the photo quality perfectly.
