The presentation you use for your event is as important as the types of desserts you serve. Edde of Un Dejeuner de Soleil give the typical brownie bites get an elegant upgrade. When you use an oval cutter and color coordinated ribbon, these little beauties are wedding-ready.
Even though the recipe is in French and Italian, you can still use this inspiration combined with your traditional brownie recipe to recreate this gorgeous morsel.

What a simple, but oh so effective idea...I can see this used for more than just an oval shape! :)
Mmmmmm, I want one right now! But I suspect that these were actually baked in friand patty pans, as there are no 'cut' marks that you'd get from using a cookie cutter. What a superb idea! Thanks for sharing. :-)
Hi Rach,
I'm made these little cuties before, and a smooth, non-scalloped cutter is all you need.
In this post, you can see where the little brownie was cut out of the larger brownie square. So, feel free to try any shape that comes to mind, including animal and flower shapes!
Ooooh, thank you for the tip! Brownie stars, hearts and EVERYTHING - here I come! :-)
